Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1 Automatic Workstation Import

Situation

Workstation is moved to new location in tree

Server used for AWSI (Automatic WorkStation Import) does not have an import policy associated to it

Workstation re-imports

Resolution

Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 3a, available at https://download.novell.com

With this fix, the workstation will send to the server, details of the policy that was previously used for it to be imported. If that policy can be located, it will be used.
