Situation

Application is configured with "Use Client's Resolution"

Resolution on workstation is larger than 1600 X 1200

When application is launched, Terminal Server window is very small and cannot be resized.

Resolution

To obtain a hot patch with the fix for this problem, follow the instructions in KB 3484245 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
