Situation

Dependent applications, set to force-cache

Application is workstation-associated

Error "Failed to cache application <app dn> Error Code was D033"

Resolution

To obtain a hot patch with the fix for this problem, follow the instructions in KB 3484245 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Additional Information

Checking the logs shows the second application incorrectly reads the path for its files from the first application.
