Situation
An invalid SMTP server address will causes the ZPM license to fail and content to not download.

ERROR: webmail.Novell.edu is an invalid email server.

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration
Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be
found at https://www.novell.com/support
Workaround:
Make sure the SMTP server address is correct and the SMTP address can be contacted from the ZPM server.
In ZCC > Configuration > Event and Messaging > SMTP Settings
