Patch subscription content never downloads.

Situation

An invalid SMTP server address will causes the ZPM license to fail and content to not download.
From the Loader-messages.log:
ERROR: [DEBUG] [24/05/11 4:00:02 PM] [] [Loader.PatchSubscriptionService] []
[PatchSubscription: Failed to download content.] [] []

From the Loader-messages.log
ERROR: webmail.Novell.edu is an invalid email server.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Workaround:
Make sure the SMTP server address is correct and the SMTP address can be contacted from the ZPM server.

In ZCC > Configuration > Event and Messaging > SMTP Settings
