Environment

Novell Open Enterprise Server 2.0 SP1 (OES2SP1)
Novell Domain Services for Windows 1.0
DSFW

Situation

Adding a Samba server as a member server to a Domain Services for Windows domain crashes the xadsd daemon on the Forest Domain controller.

Resolution

The issue is fixed with the "oes2sp1-November-2009-Scheduled-Maintenance" patch in OES2 SP1.
OES2SP2 contains the fix also.
