ERROR: "Error Routing [8201]"

Products:
Novell GroupWise 7
Novell Open Enterprise Server 2 (OES 2) Linux
 
Configuration:
GroupWise on NSS Volume

Situation

Some messages passing through MTA get stuck in the queue
MTA Log file shows "Error Routing [8201]" on few files in the queue
Some messsage works fine when passing through the MTA
Mails sent to distribution lists do not reach all the users

Resolution

Please download and install GroupWise 7 SP3 Hot Patch 3 or later. GroupWise 7 Support Pack can be downloaded from the following website:
 
https://download.novell.com/patch/finder. Select the Product GroupWise. Select and download the latest GroupWise 8 Support Pack.
