Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2
Situation
In ZENworks 10.2 and later ZENworks Agent Features are modularized. What is the effect of disabling the Imaging agent feature? Will it disrupt server side imaging functionality?
Resolution
The effect of disabling image management is to stop ziswin and zisdservice from running on startup. It does not disable any imaging functionality.
Note: In 10.2, if the managed device is an imaging satellite server, disabling image management will remove the imaging satellite server property page from the ZICON, but the satellite server functionality remains.
