ndsrepair -C on Linux/Unix does not show obituaries

Situation

ndsrepair -C on Linux/Unix does not show obituaries
ndsrepair -C -Ad should show obituaries as well as external references

Resolution

The "ndsrepair -C -Ad -A" command will show you the obituary reporting you are used to seeing in NetWare's "dsrepair -a" option.

Additional Information

You can still  check obituaries in iMonitor.

  1. Open iMonitor. i.e. http://localhost/nds
  2. Login as an adminitrator account. i.e.  "admin.novell"
  3. Click  the Reports button on the Toolbar.
  4. Click Report Config in the left pane.
  5. Click the icon next to Obituary Listing.  The tool tip will say: "Run Report: Obituary Listing"
  6. After the report you will see any obits that are on this target server.
