Situation
Custom Filter in Personal Address Book does not work with GroupWise 8 Client
Custom Filter in Personal Address Book works fine with GrouoWise 7 Client
Resolution
This issue has been fixed in GroupWise 2012. Please upgrade to latest version with support pack of GroupWise 2012.
Additional Information
Steps to Duplicate:
1. Login to GroupWise client.
2. Open Address Book, Select a Personal Address Book or Frequent Contacts
3. Click on View menu | Define Custom Filter, Select E-Mail Address and select contains and in the blank field type "com" without quotes and click Ok.
It will show 0 result. Normally it should show up all the email addresses which contains com in the address
