Situation
GroupWise Mobile Server Activity Logs show "Error connecting to
www.syncsupport.com"
Admin Console | Intellisync Mobile Suite | expand management | expand reports and highlight the license icon a Question mark Icon is noted.

Resolution
This is some what of a cosmetic issue as it does not effect the
workings of the GroupWise Mobile server and synchronization of mail
etc.
The Mobile server is confirming Licensing information by connecting to www.syncsupport.com
The issue is resolved by insuring the mobile server can connect to www.syncsupport.com
One Administrator resolved this issue by performing the following:
Installed "Microsoft ISA Firewall client", set the focus on the correct proxy server.
