Undeliverable messages from relay server not returned to GroupWise mailbox

In some situations, if GWIA is configured to send outbound messages through a relay server and an outbound message is undeliverable, when the relay server sends back an "undeliverable" (Delivery Status Notification) message, GWIA does not deliver an undeliverable message through to the GroupWise sender's mailbox.

GWIA does send a status update back to the POA, which then updates the status of the Sent Item to show that the message was undeliverable, but that status change is not always obvious to end-users.
