Situation
Zenserver.exe
increases memory usage. zenserver.exe starts at about 250 MB
and by the time it gets to about 650 MB, the ZCM server starts to
slow way down (loading of ZCC is slow, users unable to login) and
keeps grabbing memory until the server becomes totally
unresponsive- usually at about 750-800 MB of memory.

Additional Information
The cause of the issue was found in the log4j.properties which caused thread deadlocks and high server utilization.
