Situation
Unable to add users from Novell GroupWise Address Book into groups created in Personal Address Books
Issue happens with different support pack revisions for GroupWise 7.0 Client for Windows
The issue does not happen with GroupWise 8 clients for Windows

Resolution
This issue seems to happen only with Microsoft Windows workstations with Microsoft Outlook installed and configured prior to install GroupWise Client. This issue has been reported to engineering.
Workaround Steps:

- Logout from GroupWise Client
- Open "Mail" Control Panel Applet on the problem workstations using Start | Setting | Control Panel
- Click on the button "E-mail Accounts" and select the option "View or change existing e-mail accounts"
- Select existing Default Outlook Profile and click on "Remove"
- Click on "Add", select the option "Additional Server Types" and add a "Novell GroupWise" profile for the desired user.
- Provide the correct IP Address and Client/Server port (Default 1677) of the GroupWise Server with User Mailbox. Type in the Mailbox id without @<Domain_Name> and click on the button "Check Name".
- Once the profile is added make sure that "Novell GroupWise" is set as "MAPI (Default)" profile.
- Login to GroupWise Client and check
