Situation

Delegate control in Microsoft Management Console (MMC) doesn't work with Domain Services for Windows (DSfW)
Microsoft Management Console returns the following

Error: You do not have permission to write security information for this object.
Or
Error: The wizard cannot retrieve security information from the Active Directory.

Resolution

This is a known limitation of the product.
