Agents get disconnected from the ZCM Server

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1
Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2

Situation

Workstations with the ZCM Agent become disconnected from the ZCM Server randomly. 
Workstation was moved from a different ZCM Zone

Resolution

Run zac cc to clear the cache and make sure the old ZCM Server address is not being used by the agent. 

Additional Information

zmd-messages.log shows the following error, and the IP address being marked as bad is the IP address of the ZCM Server in the other zone:
