URL Hyperlinks in Posted Notes do not work

Situation

Hyperlinks in posted notes do not work
User wants to go to a specific URL on the web as shown in a hyperlink in a posted note in the mailbox

Resolution

When opening a posted note in the mailbox, any URL in the message will not automatically "jump" to the web site in the browser.

To work-around this problem, view the note in the QuickViewer rather than opening the note.  The URL works in the QuickViewer.
