Situation
Bundles and policies can be assigned to the top level of the User
Source, but it's not possible to view these relationships, except
from the point of the individual bundle/policy.
There is no tab showing relationships next to the User Source

Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.2 - see KB 7003225 "ZENworks 10
