Situation
Attempting to use a browser to connect to the GWIA HTTP port is unsuccessful. (The default port is 9850)
Changing the HTTP port number does not help
The port shows that it is not active when using netstat to check it

Resolution
GWIA fails to enable the HTTP port when it has a port conflict with IMAP port on the same box. In most cases, a POA running on the same box as GWIA with the IMAP port enabled will cause this situation.
There are two possible fixes in this situation.
1. Disable the IMAP port on either the GWIA or the POA
2. Change the IMAP port on either the GWIA or the POA
After performing the changes, restart the GWIA and the HTTP port should be available.
