Situation
Adaptive agent is unable to install with error:
ZENworks Adaptive Agent already exists on the device

Resolution
1. Stop the pre-agent "ZPA_Iface.exe" process
2. Delete the following file windows\novell\zenworks\bin\ZENPreAgent.exe.cfg.state
3. Restart the install.

NOTE: This should not be used if ZENworks agent really is installed properly. To uninstall ZENworks agent use zenworksuninstall. This is not a way to update versions.
Additional Information
This file is used as a install marker and is referenced by the pre-agent during installation.
