Situation
ERROR: Cannot resolve
external reference when selecting an [unknown object] in
ZCC.
ERROR:AssignmentService.GENERAL_EXCEPTION when viewing effective device assignments in ZCC.
ERROR: java.lang.ClassCastException: com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.objects.BasicObject
when viewing effective device assignments in ZCC.

Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.2 - see KB 7003225 "ZENworks
