User passwords expired on the 16 May, 2009 with Domain Services for Windows

Situation

User passwords are expired on 16 May, 2009. None of the DSfW enabled users can login and the following error message is displayed:

"Account restrictions prevents logging in""

Changing the password does not resolve the issue, the password remains expired.

Resolution

The issue was identified by Novell Engineering and a patch was published on 21 May, 2009 to the OES2 channel.  The patch is listed as novell-xad-framework 2.0.4983-0.4.1
