Situation
This minute delay was seen for every new request with all users.
The log files did not gave a clear indication what was occurring in this minute delay.
When the Nsure Audit flags where disabled the problem disappeared.

Resolution
Workaround:
Make sure the Nsure Audit client can connect to the defined Nsure Audit server.
Restart tomcat to reconnect to the server.

Additional Information
If the Nsure Audit client due to some problem is not able to reach the NsureAudit server then it would try to reach the local lcache to write audit events.
In this case the Lcache was in defunct state.
So it was hanging up to timeout time. In this case 1 minute.
