DSFW install fails: No such object (32) error

Provisioning fails with the following error:

ldap_modify: No such object (32)
    additional info: NDS error: no such entry (-601)
modifying entry "ou=external,ou=site"

Error can be found in the /var/opt/novell/xad/log/ndsdcinit.log file

A container in the FDN of the domain has a space in the name
Example:
ou=external,ou=site two,o=company

This is resolved with DSFW from OES2 SP2
Until that is released, the workaround is to remove the space from the container name or replace the space with another character.
Example:
ou=external,ou=site_two,o=company
