Zen Configuration Management 10
Situation
Published applications hang when trying to run outside of the Intranet when iPrint client and ZEN 10 agent are installed.
Removing the iPrint client and leaving the ZEN agent installed allows the published application to run.
Removing the ZEN agent and leaving the iPrint client installed allows the published application to run.
The problem does not occur with the ZEN 7 agent and iPrint client installed.
Resolution
This problem situation exists when ZCM 10 is installed over an existing ZEN 7 install. To resolve this problem:
1. Remove ZCM 10 from Add/Remove programs along with ZEN 7.
1. Remove ZCM 10 from Add/Remove programs along with ZEN 7.
2. Remove all references to ZEN in registry
3. Install ZCM 10
