grpwise.exe utilizes 50 percent of CPU when attaching a pdf word or excel document to a new email

Situation

When using the 'Attach to Email' option in a PDF file or Microsoft Word File or Microsoft Excel File, the grpwise.exe would utilize 50 percent of CPU until the email is sent.

Steps To Duplicate
  1. Open a PDF File.
  2. In the toolbar, click File | Attach to Email.
  3. If Groupwise Client is the default Mail Client, the PDF file would automatically open a new GroupWise client window and attach this PDF file to it.
  4. grpwise.exe utilizes 50% of the CPU (check under Windows Task Manager | Processes)
  5. It will continue to utilize this until the email is sent
    Same behaviour has been observed when using the 'Attach to Email' option in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel file
