Situation

Error: 626 occurs during replica synchronization.

Resolution

Removed the corrupt replicas through NDSManager or if you get errors, follow the step in the solution TID #7001592 - Manually Removing All Replicas From a Server; DSREPAIR -XK2.  Once the replicas have been removed, you can add the replicas back to the server.  

NOTE: Be sure to use extreme caution when removing replicas from your tree
