Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1

Situation

Bundles with script actions may cause errors although the script runs successfully.
 
ERROR (on ZCC):
 
Failed to process action: There is an error in XML document
ActionMan.FailureProcessingActionException
 
 
ERROR (from zmd-messages.log):
 
Novell.Zenworks.ActionManager.StandaloneHandlerHandler threw the following
exception: System.InvalidOperationException: There is an error in XML document

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.2 - see KB 7003225 "ZENworks Configuration Management SP2 (10.2)" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
