Situation
After making change to bundle or policy, running zac ref doesn't pick up the
changes until after a 5 minute wait. Using the ZIcon to
refresh does pick up changes.
Resolution
When the ZIcon generates the refresh, a "zac ref bypasscache" is actually being
performed.
The bypasscache flag instructs the assignment, content and
bundle services to return data straight from the database and to
skip using data out of the server-side cache, which may be
stale.
Either use bypasscache or wait for the server-side cache to
expire (typically 5 minutes), then a "zac ref" to pick up the incremented
version changes.
