Situation
GroupWise Client hangs give message not responding with work in progress when mail contain pdf attachment.
Resolution
Reported to Engineering.
Additional Information
Steps to duplicate.
1. Launch GroupWise Client.
2. Click compose new mail.
3. Enter value in To and subject field.
4. Enter text in message body.
5. Click on attachment icon and add pdf file.
6. Click on Save icon and save mail in Work in Progress folder.
7. Close the GroupWise client and login again to GroupWise account.
8. Go to Work in Progress folder.
9. Click to open which has pdf attachment. It will take time open mail. Check task bar it will show Grpwise.exe not responding. After some time it will get opened.
1. Launch GroupWise Client.

7. Close the GroupWise client and login again to GroupWise account.
8. Go to Work in Progress folder.
