Cluster Volume state goes to comatose during resource migration

Cluster version 1.8 

Situation

Symptoms:-
When migrating Cluster resource from Novell Console One or iManager it goes to a Comatose state. The error listed below
shows up at server console:

NOTE:- USR is the Pool name and is referenced for example.

Resolution

1. Verify the problem pool by entering
 NSS /POOLVERIFY=pool name.
2. Rebuild the problem pool by entering
NSS /POOLREBUILD=pool name /rezid
 
The ReZID option for a pool rebuild changes the ZIDs for all the files on the volume,
thus freeing ZIDs so they are available for creating new files and directories. The rezid
does not modify any other metadata on the volumes, nor does it modify any file’s content.
