Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1

Situation

Roaming profile is not created in the User's home directory as configured under the user object in eDirectory.

The roaming profile is set to: Store user profile in user's Home Directory (eDirectory users only)

Resolution

Workaround: From a command line, run 'zac cc' on the workstation. This clears the cache and forces the agent to re-read the eDirectory information.

Additional Information

The eDirectory information for roaming profiles is cached the first time the policy is applied. The cached information is never refreshed to pick up changes in eDirectory.
