Environment

Microsoft Windows 2003 Server Service Pack 2

ZENworks Patch Management 6.4.2.1378

Situation

In the ZENworks patch managment web console, the devices are showing up with 127.0.0.1 address. The devices should be showing their regular IP addresses. Workstations have ESET NOD32 Antivirus installed.

Resolution

Allow the dagent.exe to talk to the server. (See screenshot Below)
