Situation
xreg.exe fails to run with the folllowing:
ERROR: "Could not load file or assembly...
'Interop.IWshRuntimeLibrary, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified"

Resolution
Verify the "StudioDependencies.xlayer" file is in the same directory as xreg.exe
Additional Information
StudioDependencies.xlayer is required to run all of the applications associated with ZAV. (XReg.exe, Studio.exe, XStudio.exe, etc.)
