GroupWise admin changes are not updating using IDM's GroupWise driver Error D109

Situation

Internet Addressing Override automatically gets set for some users
Pending operations does not get cleared up
When using the IDM GroupWise driver GroupWise administrative changes are not updating.
 
This can happen when the IDM driver is connected to the Primary or Secondary domain.
 
The POA errors with D109
ADM  Error: [D109] Update object in post office

Resolution

Please follow the steps listed below
  1. Download and install the latest Support Pack for GroupWise and IDM GroupWise Driver
    https://download.novell.com/patch/finder
  2. Disable the GroupWise IDM Driver and update the GroupWise ConsoleOne Snap-Ins
  3. Launch ConsoleOne
  4. Right Click the Domain Object in the GroupWise System | GroupWise Utilities | System Maintenance
  5. Perform a Validate, Recover, Reclaim Unused Space and Rebuild Indexes for Listing (While performing Validate, Recover, Reclaim Unused Space and Rebuild Indexes for Listing, the path should point to the Domain Directory)
  6. Once finished, click close
  7. Follow steps 5 and 6 for all the Domains
  8. Connect to the Domain that holds the Post office
  9. Right Click the Post Office Object in the GroupWise System | GroupWise Utilities | System Maintenance
  10. Perform a Validate, Recover, Reclaim Unused Space and Rebuild Index for Listing (While performing Validate, Recover, Reclaim Unused Space and Rebuild Indexes for Listing, the path should point to the Post Office Directory)
  11. Follow steps 8-10 for all the Post Offices
  12. Once finished, click close
