Situation
1. Using the utility NDS-to-NDS Driver Certificates does not give an error but the driver still fails when the certificate is listed in the driver configuration.
2. NDS to NDS driver certificate wizard fails with Driver Wizard - Error Unable to create the certificates.
Resolution
1. Always delete the current certificates before running the utility NDS-to-NDS Driver Certificates. That way the wizard will recreate the certificates rather than re-certifying them. Also, it is advisable to give the certificates a new name. Keep the name short with no spaces.
2. Verify that the same version of Certificate server, NICI and NMAS versions are the same between the two eDirectory trees that service the driver. When there is a version conflict the error is dispalayed. Once the servers have been upgraded to the same version and rebooted then rerun the wizard.
