Users unable to login to GroupWise WebAccess after upgrade to GroupWise 8

After upgrading from GroupWise 6.5x or 7.0x to GroupWise 8, some users are not able to login via WebAccess.
After logging in to their GroupWise account with a full client for Windows, Mac, or Linux, users are able to login via WebAccess.
Users see no error on the WebAccess screen, but the password field is cleared out and the user stays on the login page.


This issue is resolved in GroupWise 8.0 Support Pack 1.
