Unable to change lookup namespace on clustered NSS volumes

You are unable to change the lookup namespace on a clustered NSS volume if using 64-bit OES2.  You don't receive an error - the change simply never takes effect.  There is no problem making the change on non-clustered volumes on 64-bit or any volume type on 32-bit OES2.

This has been reported to engineering.
