All mails cannot be seen in mailbox when a user proxies into another user's account from GroupWise 8 Windows Client

Novell GroupWise 8 Hot Patch 1 Windows Client

Situation

Symptoms:
All mails cannot be seen when  a user proxies into another user's account in GroupWise 8 Windows Client.
However the same can be seen fine through GroupWise 7 Support Pack 3 or lower version of  GroupWise Client and also can be seen through  Linux GroupWise 8 Client

Headers of some mails in mailbox disappear,  however when you click on it , it shows up.

Resolution

Reported to Engineering.
