Resolution
Resolution :
- At the Server Console load the command "pkidiag".
- Login using Fully Distinguished Name of the admin user and password.
- At the pkidiag menu list go for options 4, 5, 6 , 0.
- Continue repeating the steps till you get "0" errors.
- Unload nldap using command "unload nldap" at the Server Console.
- Reload nldap using command "load nldap".
- Unload and reload gwpoa .

The abend was caused due to the corrupt SSL certificates . SSL was enabled at the Post Office . So the corrupt SSL certificates were abending the Server on GWPOA.NLM.
