Situation
Installing ZCM 10.1.0 ZRS BOE to a ZCM 10.1.x primary server stops on the ZENworks Prerequisite's check:
'One or more ZENworks Prerequisites have not been met. See the details for suggestions. Once resolved press Next to continue.
VNC Server Conflict
It appears that a VNC server is already running on this machine. You must disable the service before continuing.'
Resolution
If this symptom happens on a ZCM 10.1.x ZRS BOE install, please contact Novell Technical Support for assistance.
Additional Information
The 'Novell ZENworks Remote Management powered by VNC' service was disabled per the install prompt. Restarting the install did not resolve the symptom.
