"Requested By" fields on the approval need to be meaningful

Environment

Novell Identity Manager User Application 3.6.1

Situation

The information on the approval form is currently not consistent nor is it meaningful to the manager.

example: both "Requested by" fields must be set to the original initiator. 
The same holds for the email notification.

Resolution

This behavior has been fixed in Novell Identity Manager Roles Based Provisioning Module 3.6.1 - Patch C https://dl.netiq.com/Download?buildid=qtg-DMVL9L0 ~

Please remember that Identity Manager Roles Based Provisioning Module patches are cumulative so if you find a newer version that is listed in this TID report, it will include the fix.
