Ability to set security on the different Header Tabs within the User Application

In the current releases of the User Application 3.0.x, 3.5.x, 3.6.0 and 3.6.1, you have the
ability to Show or Hide the following:
 Requests & Approvals
 Roles 
 Compliance
 Identity Self-Service

However, this is a global setting.  You do not the ability to set view
permission at the User/Group/Container level.  

There are different customer environments where they do not want all of the
users who can login to the User Application to be able to see the different
tabs.  They only want a select group of Users to be able to see a particular
tab. 

At this time it is not possible to set view permissions at the User/Group/Container level. This has been added as an enhancement request for a future release of the User Application.
