Enabling srvprvHideUser causes problems with Login

Environment

Novell Identity Manager User Application 3.5.1

Situation

In UserApplication 3.5.1,if the srvprvHideUser Flag indicating if the user should be hidden when search list
queries are executed is set to TRUE. When the user tries to login to the UA 3.5.1 they will receive the following  
error in the browser:  
  
Error: "500 Exception Type class javax.faces.FacesException Message
#{userEntityBean.loginUser}: java.lang.NullPointerException Exception 
javax.faces.FacesException: #{userEntityBean.loginUser}:
java.lang.NullPointerException"

Resolution

This was found to be a bug reported in the UserApplication 3.5.1. Please contact IDM Technical Support for additional information concerning this problem.
