"Present Card" disappears after failed login

Environment

Situation

After a failed login, PCProx will not identify a new user until loginW32 is relaunched.
After a failed password login "present card" no longer appears on the Novell Client login window.
PcProx is no longer able to scan a card and identify a user.

Resolution

Add the registry setting 

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\NMAS\1.0\ID]
"RestartPluginOnFailure"=dword:00000001
