Example scenario:

Use two partitions on the workstation: a C:\ partition for applications and OS and D:\ for user data. Attempt to perform a partial rebuild of the workstation. Delete the C:\ partition and bring down an image of the C:\ partition.  The workstation rebuilds with all applications and then overwrites the zen agent to D:\.

The agent is installed to D:\ and the applications are installed to C:\.  When installing applications via zenworks, they don't install.  The agent thinks all of the applications are already installed.  i.e. in the zen agent properties under bundles it says the applications are available even though the applications are not installed.
