Installing Novell Secure Login 6.1 gives Error 1721

Novell SecureLogin 6.1 Client

Situation

When installing Novell Secure Login 6.1 you will receive the following error:
Error 1721. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support or package vendor.

Resolution

To resolve this error you need remove the following registry keys:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Features\CF9F1413C984E444F8DE1C8EB4ED0043]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\CF9F1413C984E444F8DE1C8EB4ED0043]

These registry keys are leftovers from a previous install of the Novell Secure Login Client
