NSS volumes go unresponsive when running GW agents on volume

Situation

NSS volumes go comatose after GroupWise agents are loaded.  In some cases the server can be shut down while in others it has to be powered off with a hard reset.  This behavior usually occurs several minutes after loading any of the GroupWise agents.  It does not seem to be specific to any one agent or any one process

MTA goes in "defunct" state during restart on OES2 SP1 on SLES10

Resolution

This has been resolved in the GW703HP2 and GW8HP1 patches
