Novell Client for Windows 2000/XP/2003 4.91 Support Pack 4
Situation
On a Windows XP machine, when you:
1. Right-click on the the red 'N' in the bottom right-hand corner.
2. Select 'Novell Utilities'.
3. Click on 'Novell Copy' and then follow the basic directions to copy a file from one location to another.

Resolution
If you are logged onto multiple trees then the client32 'Novell Copy' functionality will not work properly. This issue may likely be due to how your Identity Manager system is configured.
You will need to either:
1. Ensure that you are only logged into one tree if you are going to use this functionality (i.e. temporarily stop the IDM driver(s) that allow you to synchronize to multiple trees).
2. Use another copy utility - like ConsoleOne or iManager.
