How to disable login using ncpcon

Novell Open Enterprise Server 1 (OES 1) Support Pack 1

Situation

Using ncpcon to to enable or disable login for NCP clients to the Linux server

Resolution

First of all, ncpcon needs to be loaded. Once you loaded ncpcon, you need to use the following command line:
disable login

Use this command to prevent NCP clients from logging in to the Linux server.

EXAMPLE 

disable login
enable login

Use this command to allow NCP clients to log in to the Linux server.

EXAMPLE 

enable login
