Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1 ActionHandlers

Situation

ZCM Services do not auto start when installed to iSCSI drive

Resolution

All the ZENworks services are dependent on the zenserver process.  The zenserver process starts up prior to the MSiSCSI service, which is responsible for making the SCSI resources availble.  Make the zenserver process dependent on the MSiSCSI service to ensure that the SCSI resource is loaded first then the ZENworks services will be able to auto start properly on system startup.
